From vision to operations, a complete lifecycle approach

AAMG develops, designs and operates next-generation vertiport infrastructure through a fully integrated, end-to-end process. Our framework combines strategic analysis, technical planning, regulatory expertise and operational excellence to deliver scalable vertiport networks across Europe, Africa, the Middle East and the Caribbean.

Concept

We define the mission of each location: strategic fit within the wider network, demand outlook, profitability modelling and energy requirements. At this stage, we determine how a vertiport strengthens regional connectivity and energy resilience.

Site Selection

We identify and evaluate suitable locations – urban, peri-urban or regional. This includes demand analysis, catchment areas, grid and energy access, and integration into existing transport corridors. The site decision forms the foundation for all regulatory and commercial work that follows.

Pre-Design

Before moving into full design, we conduct airspace assessments, environmental and energy studies, safety considerations and initial layout definitions. This phase shapes the operational envelope, turnaround concepts and local constraints.

Design

AAMG develops the complete vertiport and energy-node design: infrastructure layout, passenger flow, safety and security systems, charging architecture and operational zones. The result is a fully compliant, future-proof design that supports current and next-generation VTOL aircraft.

Construction

We support the full construction cycle, coordinating with regulators, contractors, energy providers and local authorities. This includes safety design, permitting, implementation, testing and commissioning to ensure the vertiport meets all technical and regulatory standards.

Operations

After activation, AAMG oversees the operational lifecycle: safety management, energy and charging optimization, revenue optimization, network integration and continuous performance improvement. Each vertiport is run as a stable, scalable and efficient asset within a broader regional network.
